Collards have more vitamins and nutrients than any other veggie! I love to eat them. I would eat them everyday if I could. I cook them with a little Onion and Garlic! A little ham and a little chicken broth! OH MAN THEY ARE WONDERFUL! Would you like to see me cook some collards? Drop me a note and let me know!
